Compulsory Professional Development (CPD) Training

WA real estate licensees and registrants must complete 10 points of Compulsory Professional Development (CPD) training each calendar year. 

The NSW Real Estate Training College issues Registration and License holders 7 CPD points for completion of an Elective CPD course with us. View our WA Elective CPD courses fact sheet.

The NSW Real Estate Training College is fully approved by the WA Government to offer these Elective CPD courses which, upon completion, provide students with 7 CPD points to contribute to renewal of a Licence or Registration. Enrol in one of our Elective CPD courses

Upon successful completion of your CPD course, we will register your course completion online with the Government of WA - Consumer Protection, and issue you with a Statement of Attainment as evidence of course completion.

    This CPD unit is aligned to the following units from the CPP07 training package:

    • CPPDSM4050A Lease industrial, commercial and retail property
    • CPPDSM4015B Minimise agency and consumer risk 

    Assessment is competency based. Competency-based assessment is largely activity-based and practical. However, competence also implies that an individual demonstrates an understanding of the knowledge that is the basis of the practical task being carried out. 

    On completion this course will provide you with 7 points for your Elective CPD (Compulsory Professional Development) - Learning Category One.

    Each CPD activity satsfies the Department of Commerce requirements of minimum of 7 hours for course completion.
