Compulsory Professional Development (CPD) Training

WA real estate licensees and registrants must complete 10 points of Compulsory Professional Development (CPD) training each calendar year.

The NSW Real Estate Training College issues Registration and License holders 7 CPD points for completion of an Elective CPD course with us. View our WA Elective CPD courses fact sheet.

The NSW Real Estate Training College is fully approved by the WA Department of Commerce to offer these Elective CPD courses which, upon completion, provide students with 7 CPD points to contribute to renewal of a Licence or Registration. Enrol in one of our Elective CPD courses

Further information regarding CPD compliance can be found on the WA Department of Commerce website, here. The Department of Commerce also provides a Guide to the CPD program

Upon successful completion of your CPD course, we will register your course completion online with the WA Department of Commerce - Consumer Protection, and issue you with a Statement of Attainment as evidence of course completion.
